New Boat - No Berth - No Worries
These guys had a new boat built but forgot to build a dock in time. So they are mooring it for a couple years half a world away.

Wow! I looked at some articles about this. Completion of the dock upgrade is significantly delayed and has quadrupled in estimated cost. There have been some high profile resignations and the usual finger pointing by everyone involved.
