Re: It‘s cold
Hi Poa,
Getting cold is a regular occurrence here, too! Marina mailed me to inform of Winter slip number and advise I could move into it anytime. Ya think I'drive close to 2 hours and 75 miles to shift my boat 100 yards?

Gruesse Poa,
It was just above freezing but sunny here yesterday so I climbed the ladder and sat in the boat, which sits on its trailer in the driveway. I watched a couple sailing videos too, one from warm water and one from cold water.

Re: It‘s cold
tbh ,, i suspect that the turquise waters audience is going to dry up , who really wants to continue watching bikini babes and self satisfied self indulgent middle aged americans ( and others ) petting swimming pigs etc when there are young adventurist vlogers doing worthwhile things with their boats and advantagous positions .
cold ?? it is bloody freezing up here ,, what is there to think about !!

yea it's that time of year again, time to change from wood to coal for the fire, puts out so much more heat and so much cleaner than wood that drops bark and dirt everywhere.

That sounds lovely, when will you be heading out to the sea again?

3-4 days after I wrote that, the boat was covered with a tarp and then two hours later was covered in 15cm/6" of snow. Our season will not begin again until May when the ice is gone from the inland lakes and people feel 'warm enough' to get the boats in the water.
I am thinking about a trip south, not sure if I would drive and pull this one along or fly and rent something local.
