Actually the authorities in Miami Beach are quite pleasant. Last few years they have not even come around. Before that they would come around and explain the Miami Beach by-law, always noting that if weather was a factor we would not be required to move. It was as if they were going through the motions at the behest of their political masters. Nice spot. Dink up Collins Canal and see South Beach. And you've got all of Biscayne Bay too. Ft. Lauderdale is much worse.

We're on the North side of Belle Isle and will go in to South Beach tomorrow. Just loved it the last time we were here. A real slick Latin scene with a New York edge. Great food.

Yeah, the food is great although my favourite Colombian restaurant is gone. Good laundromats, two Publix, free wifi, what more do you need? Have a great time lorenzo. I'm still in the condo but moving aboard tomorrow. It's a lot warmer.

Pete,

Last time I checked all that tax stuff was forgiven when we bailed you out of WWI & WWII. I'm not picky where my oil comes from. As long as I can buy what I need at market value. Thank all of you for supplying the fuel of my addiction.
