I wonder if this will fit on a cat?

Chinese firm EHang reveals self flying MEGADRONE taxi | Daily Mail Online

A new one person remote GPS controlled drone. Use an app on your phone or tablet to enter the destination and off it goes with you as the passenger. I want this toy.

Make sure you avoid any blackhats that may be around

As someone who spent a lot of time building software and also a lot of time break other people's software (or breaking into it). I personally would rather take the dinghy, no chance anybody can hack my oars (well, maybe, but the consequences are less severe)...

Having a phone of all things control something with spinning blades scares the crap out of me.

Each to their own...

Funny but I do agree. But still is a nice toy. I wouldn't get in it without my own joystick. What I find interesting is the fold up compact design and the all electric operation. A lot more fun toys to come I'm sure.

That would only help if you can throw it at the hacker really, really hard and knock him out
