I got published !
Hey, I wrote a sailing story and it got published ! Lol, it's my first so it's kind of a big deal to me. I have the tune "Cover of the Rolling Stone" playing in my head.
Anyway, it's in the latest issue of Latitudes and Attitudes, which has been around for a long time. You can read the online version free. Home - Latitudes and Attitudes Magazine (latsatts.com)
My story is Delivery Deja Vu

Re: I got published !
Congratulations!
I see that you, also, made the cover.
Evidently, Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show actually made the cover of Rolling Stone magazine, on March 29, 1973, three months after the song was released.
The text, next to their picture, read: "What's Their Names Make The Cover."

Re: I got published !
Super article, OMM!
No barnacles this time, eh? (Although it would've been a damn sight warmer if you'd had to get in the water and scrape this time)
Now for some sailin'!

Thanks everyone. I'm going to try and do a series for them on the refit of our boat. We'll see how it goes....

Re: I got published !
Congrats !!
I too, tried my hand at penning a book, and despite my best efforts, the financial results were dismal, so I'm jealous

Re: I got published !
Yeah, I definitely wasn't doing it for financial reasons. Not that I won't spend the money - whatever it may be. It was a fun thing to do and I guess I'll try more.
And thanks to anyone who offered congrats, I appreciate the feedback.
Now, what other stupid things have a I done that I could write about...hmmm...the list goes on and on !
