The tripod stance is good. The knee reference for walking has nothing to do with a folding cane. Lol. Most likely at walgreens for less.

I lost a leg at 11 years old, so in 56 years, I have used them a few times. Sucks getting old. And infermaties can come at any age. The first to go out on a cane is the tip. Sometimes they last a week. The bigger three point design would seem to be a good idea. If it takes replacement tips.
