That looks like Newport Beach, CA! They were all over the boats and docks. Just to get calls to make repairs to a boat after they paid a visit.

Had several that got to know me and followed me from boat to boat. They really liked when I surfed my kayak with them at the mouth of the harbor.

Kept a few boats from sinking and even raised one that had gone under. Idiots left their transom wide open, otherwise they'd have never been able to clear the gunwale.
