If visability in a blizard is low how will we be able to see the screen?

You, of all people, should know that the computer makes a GREAT weather forecaster.
If you can't see the screen and all you see is white, it's a blizzard.
If you can't see the screen and all you see is black, it's night.
If drops of
water is dripping down the screen, it's raining.
If the computer flies from your lap, it's windy.
etc.
