eno stoves

recently purchased boat which has a 3 burner Eno stove. It takes about 20 min. to get temp. in oven to 325 degress. Can't get it above that. Also, if I light a burner the temp in oven drops. The stove is about 16 yrs. old. Is the above common or do I just need a new stove?

You might just need it adjusted. You don't say what type of stove. Eno makes a lot of stoves.

Get it serviced and check that the supply regulator (on the bottle?) is functioning OK. Regulators are cheap to replace and good insurance. Our Eno stove is fairly new but is absolutely fantastic. We liveaboard so use it every day for bread baking, roasting etc.

Sounds like a regulator to me too!
