Saw that yesterday. Pretty weak.
I laughed at the pathetic fix.

Oh heck, it was indeed just a movie -- for one thing she would never be that pasty pale white sailing for any length of time, and any woman who could handle a boat like that would have nailed Billy Zane with a winch handle and dumped his sorry butt overboard, but ach, I don't care. She was hot. Ah, college hormones, those were the days.

I'll have to tell my wife that.
She is as pale as the day I met her 21 years ago.

Re: 'Dead Calm' - The Movie

A good mate designed the barge that they made up to look like the sinking/burning ship, it was filmed in a bay on Hamilton Island, two bloopers to look for 1) The nalpalm trickling down the mast. 2) When he uses the tube from the hatch drain to breathe just check out the water levels relative to the ocean, look before that shot and after. The movie led Tom Cruise to her ...lol cheers Frank

Love that movie. Billy Zane does a great crazy person impression.
It gets a bit loopy at the end, but the scene inside the "Party boat" is a bit chilling.

Heh-heh. Classic.

Agreed, who stands on the spreaders!? seems unseamanlike.

Although I've always had a thing for Redheads.

many women are not into those who brag about taking viagra. there are many reasons for this, and this is also main reason why women do not like to sail with quite a few male sailor types.
Whoa there! Lets try to remember that women don't need to worry about their bits failing them at a vital moment the way men do. Well it may not normally be a problem, who wants to take any chances? If the Doctors are prepared to write the prescriptions (and apparently they are) why take any chances? If a pill can make an 80 year old feel 50, imagine what it could do for a 35 year old!

Feel 5? Well that's a little creepy.

Any woman that can climb a mast like Nico has got my vote...pasty or not.
