Huh?
Pray tell, what ELSE makes one French? I think they had been in Normandy long enough for the actual Normans who invaded in 1066 to have been born there...

Yeah! Hey moderators. What about it? Let's have a burgee; it seems there's plenty of interest.
How about a survey? "What do you think about having a CF burgee to help members get together for socializing?"
- Love the idea. I'd buy one for sure.
- Good idea. I'd buy one if it didn't cost more than $15.
- OK. But I probably wouldn't buy one.
- Huh? Why?
- That's the stupidest idea yet!
Or whatever. You get the picture. Then if it seems sales would warrant it, an opportunity to vote for one of several proposed ideas.
Wuddya think?

I don't mind volunteering some time to help out. I am pretty decent with Photoshop if you guys want to give me some input as to a design. I could make several designs in an hour and post them here for you guys to pick from.

A quick attempt at something simple

Patience, please, folks. The burgee is already designed, so no one needs to start down that path again. They will become available sooner than you might think, but I can't say exactly when that will be.
The owner of Cruisers Forum has invested quite a bit of time and his own funds in getting the burgee project off the ground, wanting to be certain of the manufacturing process before committing to a large order. Only the highest quality burgee is acceptable to him, and I believe you will appreciate his insistence on offering the members a product we will all be proud to fly . . . or frame.

We made our own for the Sucia get together. It will be recognizable to anyone who knows about CF.

So, Tao, What is the design? Can we see it? Who designed it?

Scroll back to Sara's post #61, Margo. Isn't she pretty? (The burgee is nice, too. )

International Commerce
Excellent, I have my double breasted blue blazer, my Angus Young shorts with pant retainers and Birkinstocks at the ready. I shall anchor off Henry Island and strut about like I own the place.
Seriously, how about UPS or FedEx or something and use PayPal?
