Cruiser Profiles or lack there of

Hi Everyone,

If you have ever taken the time to notice my profile, it is pretty in depth. I just wonder why others don't take the time to add pictures and a good description of thierselves.

I talk to alot of you everyday but have no face to put with your profile. As we are all Cruiser and a good majority have plans to Cruise the world, pictures would be a great help.

The last thing I would want to happen is end up anchored next to someone I chat with on here and not even realize it.

Anyway, here's to hoping you all take the time to add pictures and descriptions of yourself and your sailing plans.

Cheers

Todd

Thanks for posting this. These have always been my personal thoughts. I just figured some like to not give much information on themselves, and remain anonymous. I always love looking through other's galleries. It's kind of a small peek into who they are, and yes someday we might meet some fellow members......i2f

I also feel the same way....
I often go to posters profiles to get some idea who I'm reading or posting to.
There are lots of folks with incredible numbers of posts and no personal info.
Anonymity is one attraction to people to post...but I find it takes away from the weight I give to the posters information.
I'm a fan of lots of pics as well.

Ok. So what are your electronics? Do you have cruise control? what's your range?

Greenman,

You dont have to have any adventures to brag about, you can tell us about your plan to buy a boat or anything else boat related. We just want to know more about you and others on Cruisers Forum. However I did notice you are from Halifax, NS. And I have a beautiful Mirage 27 for sale.........I dont take dodge vans on trade but love to chat........lmao.

Cheers

One thing that you do possess that should truly be shared. Is that twisted sense of humor........i2f

So, post a pic of your minivan with your smiling face next to it!

I repair sewing machines for a living and also post on sewing machine message boards. People there post pictures of their sewing machines.
