Android Clock App for Sailors?

The standard Google clock app only lists time zones that have a major city. Some mid ocean time zones don't exist in the Google world. On my androids, I like to just change the zone, and the clock adjusts the hour, and the time at home (New Orleans) displays correctly. It is a PITA to just change the hour and let the Google clock operate as if it were in the next time zone. Does anybody have a good clock/alarm/timer app that does it all and recognizes all 25 whole hour time zones, with no ads or nags? I am running cyanogen 12.1, based on Android 5.1.1, on multiple Note 3 phones.

I just looked and the only time zone not on my android as a basic time zone is GMT -9:00.
