Winter liveaboard marinas near / in MA?

Hey ... our plans have changed due to getting caught in Salem harbor in last night's gale - another story! Anyway, can't do Charlestown or Constitution marinas due to timing and insurance requirements (Constitution requires $1M and our insurance doesn't go that high etc.).
Anyone know of other good winter liveaboard marinas anywhere in New England - willing to go to NH, Maine, RI ....
Thanks!

Can you make the Chesapeake? Many opportunities there.

Good cover in New London. We anchored off the marina there. Nice place.

From what I understand there’s a fairly large live aboard community in Portland, Maine. The family I bought my boat from we’re planning on wintering there.

Can you get an umbrella policy that will satisfy constitution?
Also watch out for the Wed night through Fri gale

Pirate Cove Marina in Portsmouth RI might be able to accommodate you. I spent my first winter aboard there.

I was lucky enough to get a spot in Newport this winter, moved in yesterday.

Good luck!

Thanks everyone - I've been staying at Pickering WHarf in Salem, MA so thankfully was safe for the most recent gale - phew! Many sailboats not so lucky nearby.
We found a slip at DiMillos in Portland Maine - very established wintering liveaboard community, but we will likely freeze, ha ha.
Appreciate everyone's help, and will be returning certainly for help / advice on wrapping alternatives.

I'll second Pirate Cove. It's under new management, Safe Harbors just bought them out.

The facilities aren't the greatest, but the cost reflects that, and the area is nice.

I really liked the anchorage and moorings at New London across the River from Electric Boat.

My understanding is it's pretty great place to hang out for the winter.
You can work out the freezing part.
