It was -28C recently, my biggest complaint was having to go out to work. I would rather have stayed in, that would not have different in a house. One needs to arrange the slip well in advance as space is often limited here...there is a surprising number of marinas with winter live aboards in Ontario.

Hi Witchcraft, I'm a 23 yearround liveaboard and looking for the option in Kingston / Gananoque with a possible move there. Can you please email me at erindeannacarey@gmail.com? I'm looking to relocate my senior Mom and my work somewhere where she and I can be in the same town so I can take care of her as she further ages (she's 86 now) and I can stay on my sailboat solo still for winters. Thanks!

Re: Winter Liveaboard - Kingston, Ontario

Could you PM or email me regarding living aboard in Kingston? I'm making the move this summer once house sells, have been a Kingstonian for sometime and am finally pulling the trigger on a life on water.

Any information is appreciated in terms of tips/tricks, Yada Yada.

If you do not reply, I understand. Don't want to take to much of your time. Just a few specific questions about how to go and whereabouts to go.

.
