Winter in Almerimar or Estepone

Does anyone have any experience wintering at either of these two locations?

Considering both as the price is good. Would like access to airport and marine services and i have a long project list.

Almerimar has all the services you would ever need / want and good workmanship

access to Almeria airport is a 45 minute car ride ( taxi , rental) or a few hours by bus
