Very stiff throttle in gear and calorifier changes

Hi

Thought I would provide an update on a couple of things we have done on Mariadz. We had a very stiff throttle which we have now resolved. We have also added another source of hot water by routing the generator coolant through the calorifier.

Paying someone to fix things while you ski without explanation doesn't contribute much here....

Re: Very stiff throttle in gear and calorifier changes

Flyingriki,

Sorry if I offended you. As permanent liveaboards with pets, some jobs have to be done when we are not living on board.

Unfortunately, we are currently time poor so when things break I also sometimes have to get someone else to sort it out. But I do make sure I understand what has been done so that when we are lucky enough to be full time cruisers, with a lot more time, I will be able to do these things myself. Or even help cruising friends if they are struggling.

Also sorry if you find skiing offensive, I recognise that this is a sailing site though
