Watermaker
Satellite phone
Sodastream (results in amazing cut in plastic use)

But I suggest you sail her for at least a season before deciding. Some have listed washing machine here, we have one and would actually like to get rid of it as we never use it and would rather have the space for spares storage. Needs are very different and you may discover that instead of your three optional upgrades you might be forced to get essentials once the boat is yours. Wait and see.

Yes if you don't already have a receive and transmit AIS I think that trumps anything else!

If anchoring out in preference to Marina hops.
A reliable anchor, A faster rib, Decent mast head TV antennae. And a bonus a Freezer with adequate solar, bike and ride on top canoe.

You’ve already got a lot of great ideas and it’s already well equipped, but I would add:
1) A stand alone 12v fridge/freezer such as a Dometic or Engel:

2) A mantis chain hook, galvanized, not stainless
3) A shaker siphon to transfer fuel from Jerry cans to either your dinghy or even the main tanks while underway.
4) I can’t resist going over my quota....a pressure pad alarm system that sits under a rug positioned where people enter the cockpit.

If you’re headed to the Bahamas wait to replace your dinghy engine, there you can get the finest engine ever produced by mankind- 15hp Yamaha 2 stroke. Was that five?
