Fun... my first sailboat was christened "the Good Ship Jameson."

It was cobbled together on a gravel bar along the Missinaibi River during a canoe trip to James Bay. We had just finished the bottle the night before to celebrate Canada Day, so naturally it became the figurehead for our "new" sailboat.

Aeropress. Best way to make good coffee (as an Aussie I can't do the US Drip percolator thing)
