Texas - Haulout and Storage

Looking for a yard to haul out and store a 42' sailboat for the summer. Returning to sail the area and maybe to Mexico next fall.
Any suggestions or knowledge of pricing?

You are probably going to find it way cheaper to store in water around here. Most of the haul out facilities are working yards where space is a premium since it earns money via active work.

You’d be looking at something like $6 - $12 per ft for monthly dock space, in water, here. The rate varies on marina quality of course.
