Yeah, Like I really want one of these delightful young women.........

I have not laughed so much in days... I sincerely hope the OP asks for an ID check before he engages in deep and meaningful wife choosing conversation with these icons of youthful maturity.........

This really, really hurts my back.

What has anyone done to solve this problem?

Something doesn't add up... The second guy sounds like an out of shape Old Fart...

;-)
You missed the post where he was complaining about his back hurting and being winded pulling up an anchor and asking for suggestions for a manual windlass.

Hence my comment on an "aging lothario"

I have NO problems regarding age differences. I do have a problem when either party is doing it to pretend they are not getting older and having a young hottie, be it male or female, on your arm gives one the self delusion one is still hot and 30. We ALL grow older it is not an option. Growing up, apparently seems to be optional for some ppl.
I still stand by my assessment..
YMMV

Mods, feel free to close the thread. Im out.

I'll continue to date all the various 20 yr olds, go out and have fun, pick whatever hottie is most compatible and get married agqin...while you all are stuck with whatever lousy choices you made that make you so biitter and hostile.

Enjoy your easy chairs while I live the life you're angry you don't have.

Peace out... (close thread if you desire, mods, I'm not reading thie drivel anymore)"

i guess truth is hard to accept . too bad. we know why you are single. do you???
oh. btw-i am female.

hard for us to be losers when we are actually living your dream..... funny how that works.
You missed where he called me bitter...hahaha...

I suspect his story goes along the lines of.... wifey divorces him and takes him to the cleaners. He left with some money, not a lot..so he decides to channel his inner beach bum, buy a boat, a very cheap boat, fix it up himself and then charter it so he can pay for his new lifestyle... few yrs later, the boat is a moneypit, and his money is not what it once was.. not to mention the hotties he chases are only after what is in his wallet and yes, by god they do have lives, children and jobs.. how dare they..
So here he is............... a box truck.. really? I had forgotten that part.... sooooo part deaux.. He claims to be one of the 1% wealthy.. yeah sure... in that case, he would be buying a half mil class A RV..not a box truck and bumming around the country trying to channel his inner hippy.

'scuze me while I get my popcorn this is good...

There are so many funny parts here but the point of the box truck is to blend in so he could park it anywhere without it appearing to be a MH, just a commercial-appearing vehicle ... an anonymobile. This saves the nightly expense and hassle of finding a travel park or a Walmart, and, truly, is the sine qua non of a 1% travelin' man!

Of course running a generator to power the AC in the middle of the night in a mall parking lot while ...er... third-dating the entire local high school's pep squad might draw some unpleasant attention along the lines of cops and dads.

Geez, his monthly Viagra expense alone is likely substantial. I wonder if he installs a little bell or canned music like the oldtimey ice cream trucks. That always got my gang up and running.

A beer sez the OP is still following the thread and thinking of buying a new computer so the software won't recognize him.

Thanks Weav. A horse takes up a lot o room, and they eat a lot. I think we all know where that leads. A goat, or even a sheep, on the other hand (and it's a 2nd hand story that I got from a certain Brit poster) is the right size for a "companion" and will eat up trash as an additional fringe benefit. Win-win and green.

Our friend should practice yoga & among the best move for his back is Halasana that I do thrice a week & although I still can't kiss my a... goodbye -as I was suggested many time during the cold war- I can raise my anchor by hand. By the way, this is a good sailboat size limit indicator when your windlass brakes down & it will . I'm not even talking about anchoring in St-Barth between Xmas & New Year eve when inner & outer harbors are filled to the brink & your anchor line(s) is (are) bound to lay under somebody's else... Cheers (Picture taken 08/04/2015)...
is a good YouTube, moreover, the teacher is exactly what our friend is hunting for

You missed an extra 'K' in the name KinoYoga. You should correct that.

Re: Single Men Living Aboard and Cruising... an honest look.

Been my experience, that as soon as I stopped looking for a mate, that was when I found her. Albeit a limited experience, but there it is. Problem is finding enough time while sailing about to develop a lasting relationship. That I never mastered.
