Repair Sliding Hatch in a Cruisers 3650

I want to say thanks to everyone for their help in troubleshooting my port engine not starting....you were right about the batery replacement too. Both engines start like a charm...I'm going to replace my third deep cycle to be on the safe side.

My next issue is that my sliding hatch, (opens left closes right) is sticking and I need to repair it. I found a set of hatch wheels in one of the holds...I've called cruisers and they haven't gotten back to me yet...they'll do a walk through repair with me....but it's getting a little chilly here in Toronto and I want to see if anyone else can give me a walk through taking the hatch off....just don't want to start something and find out later there was an easier way. Our boat is a 1997 Cruisers 3650 aft Cabin....here are three photos of the hatch....there are several things I'm guessing I can do...however, I'm a quick learning noob and prefer to trust experience over my guessing....
