Regulations for Greece

My husband and I are both New Zealanders with a New Zealand registered yacht which at present is in Croatia. We plan to enter Greece August this year, sail there for 6 weeks, return to NZ, the boat to stay stationary in Greece until June 2008, sail 3 months, return to NZ, and back to the boat in Greece to take it over to Turkey 2009. This is a bit more than 18 months, but because we will be off it, or it will be "locked up" for 6 months twice, will we be alright doing this without having to pay Greek tax on it. By the way, any suggestions of where to keep it, Preveeza or Corfu? Thanks, Annabel
