Receiving mail Dominica, PAYS?

Has any one here received mail in Dominica? We will be there in about 2 weeks and staying for about 3 weeks.

The two options that come to my mind are

PAYS... mail it to their address.

General Delivery.... to the Portsmouth PO, looking for address now. Not easily found on the net.

Any suggestions?

PS: I did find out that the Ross Medical school is not returning to Dominica after the storm, they may be donating their assets to the government. That will be a blow locally.
