Reasonable liveaboard marinas past St. Augustine for 42' sail drawing 5'5

Does anyone have knowledge of liveaboard marinas past St. Aug where:
1. No more than $1k/month
2. Depth >6'
3. Mast height of 63'
4. Wait list <3 months

Any experience or current liveaboard to offer info greatly appreciated! Thanks! Una

If "past" ST. Augustine means to the south; then, I think the next place that fits your description would be Halifax Marina in Daytona Beach. Further south is New Smyrna Beach City Marina, but I don't think they have room now. Titusville usually has space and fits your criteria. There's Harbortown Marina on the canal connecting the ICW to Port Canaveral. Vero Beach has a good rate for their moorings if you can settle in a place without a slip.

If "past" St, Augustine means to the north; then there's much available in Jacksonville's Ortega River or in Brunswick, Ga.

Sorry, yes. South of St. Aug. Checked lighthouse marina in Boca because I like the train station that runs down to Miami. New Smyrna - wait list was couple of years:��.
Seems rates go up further u go south unless u moor.

Thx for the suggestions, will check out those areas, might end up in Sarasota or near Clearwater at the end....

Both of the marinas in Titusville meet your criteria.

Westland looks pretty full but the Titusville marina had empty slips two days ago.

There's also Ft. Pierce and Vero Beach that might be OK for you.

Halifax is filling but still has space and is live aboard friendly. I was in their office 2 days ago and thy said currently running near 75% occupancy for annual slips. Big boat dock slips ( I and J) however were busier. Hurricane Matthew brought them increased business from those who had to vacate other places being repaired and/or folk who were seeking better shelter.

We are currently living at Old Port Cove Marina. It might be a little steep, price wise, but it's an excellent facility in a great location. A great marina about 20 miles south of St Augustine is the Marina at Hammock Beach. In your specified price range with amazing amenities.

Port Canaveral has easy in/out to the ocean and there are 6-7 restaurants very neat these two marinas. Ocean Club-first class with floating docks and very new but lots of sport fishermen Then right next store thePort Canaveral Yacht Club, a cheaper, but friendly every mans little club. Many Sailboats and liveaboards. Not expensive but fixed docks-you float. Tides can be 5'. I have stayed at both with 6' draft and 64' mast on a 44' Nordic. Depends on what you are looking for but floating docks make a difference.

2nd the Titusville City Marina on the ICW. First class operation. Very reasonable prices with no better storm protection in Florida. Groceries, CVS Pharmacy, fast food, restaurants, etc within easy walking distance. They have a small store with basic hardware and lubricant needs, fuel dock and are open 7 days a week from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Owned by the city of Titusville.
