Sounds like the start of a math joke. Does a map of the town look like this:

Re: Pythagorean Chandlery

All my fellow arm chair sailors,
I respectfully refer you to Google Earth to learn the location of Pythagorean. If you don't know where/what Pythagorean is I wonder if you can help me with the phone number of the Chandlery. The last commentator was pretty close though. It is the birth place of the famous mathematician.

cheers

Re: Pythagorean Chandlery

Alan, thank you for the information you provided. I think I know the store.at the square. The Chandlery I’m after is on the main street from the water front and about 100m. up from where the taxi cabs are lined-up and same side as the taxi cabs. I will try the numbers you posted perhaps they might be able to help me with the number of their competitors!
Truely appreciate your help! I need to order some Imray charts from them. Two years ago they had very good prices. I’m hoping to repeat the experience.
Cheers!
Mark.

Mark - then you could report back to us on the Greek Cruising tax - which they have just announced will be collected Manually via the port police from 2nd April. A lot of people cannot pay or put their vessels out of use.

Can you see what info the have there at Port Police?

Re: Pythagorean Chandlery

Hey Chris—

I’m still in the states “US” and haven’t herd about the new tax. Hence the question about the chandlery. I will post it here if/when I hear something. I won’t be back to my boat till May 10
Counting the days!
