We found just about everything in St. martin and it was tax free. Great stainless guy in Rodney Bay in St. Lucia (everyone calls him "Chinaman" and everyone knows him. Did a very good job on a stainless frame to mount our solar panels). Lots of cruisers got canvas and cockpit cushions redone in Bequia while we were there. Excellent prices and what looked like good quality work. Surprisingly well stocked with various boat parts in Bequia though you have to scout around to find it.
