New Webasto Pro 90 issues

Hello everyone, I just installed a new webasto pro 90D on my 50 foot sailboat. There was an old 2008 webasto 90st on the boat, up til yesterday when the combustion fan gave out.

There are five heater vents throughout the boat, that worked well with the old 90, however the new Pro 90 does not have the same wiring going to the batteries, so I cannot hook up the heater vents. My question is this, How do you hook up the heater vents so the fans come on and blow warm air from the Pro 90? I have no idea, I sure could use some help, please.
