New Style of live aboards.....But?

Where are they going to put them? Ome - Forbes Life - Forbes

35 years ago I wanted to build and underwater house, be able to moor above and dive down to the residence. But dreams like that co$t$ lots of money, which was never achieved. And where could one keep it w/o worry? Maybe Holland?

NOAA’s “Aquarius” Marine Sanctuary laboratory is deployed three and half miles offshore, in the Florida Keys, at a depth of 60 feet.
The laboratory is most often used by marine biologists, for whom Aquarius acts as home base as they study the coral reef, the fish and aquatic plants that live nearby, and the composition of the surrounding seawater. The habitat accommodates four scientists and two technicians for missions averaging ten days.

Look for ferro-cement to make a big come back in these new designs.

I recommend parking them somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic hurricane belt.
