How about bay approaches from sea. I have a high mast
, so bridges are a no go.
I'm thinking Biscayne channel by Coral
shoal is the best entrance from the north.
The port is going to be busy, and i'm a little leery about the Lummus cut, and the Rickenbacker Causeway bridge.
There are hundreds of anchorages
, and several State Parks in Biscayne Bay. It looks pretty protected, and lots of sand, so I'm not worried once I get in.
A severe marina shortage right now is the only downside.
