How about bay approaches from sea. I have a high
mast, so bridges are a no go.
I'm thinking Biscayne channel by
Coral shoal is the best entrance from the north.
The port is going to be busy, and i'm a little leery about the Lummus cut, and the Rickenbacker Causeway bridge.
There are hundreds of
anchorages, and several State Parks in Biscayne Bay. It looks pretty protected, and lots of sand, so I'm not worried once I get in.
A severe marina shortage right now is the only downside.
