Liveaboard Friendly Marinas in The Pacific North West

Hi, We had a thread going on the now defunct Living Aboard forum with a lot of information about live aboard friendly Marinas in the Washington and Oregon locale's. Unfortunately, all that data is now gone.
I would like to hear from you guys and gals about your experiences with this area.
Please rate them by how friendly you found them to be, as well as how expensive, or preferably inexpensive they are.
Post links to them if you've got them.
Thanks in advance for your input.

The Port of Kingston in Apple Tree Cove is friendly to liveaboards, and is relatively inexpensive. But there is a long waiting list if your boat is over 30ft.
