Liveaboard Central America

I have been sailing and living aboard BC coast now for past 3 years on a 36' Swain steel pilothouse. Kids are grown etc...so this has been my dream realized. I would like to sail south and just hang out in some small out of the way Central American harbour or any other "park it for awhile" destination. I recollect many years ago beach fishing near Tamarindo Costa Rica.... whatever you caught they cooked it up on hut style places along the beach. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

(P.S.... one is a lonely number...any single femme would be welcomed to hear from)

Thanks in advance...
Seascene

Can't help you on the Pacific coast, but check out the San Blas of Panama, it's gorgeous, remote, cruiser friendly and one day the Panamaian govt will start getting a bit wiser where cruisers are concerned. Good luck in your search for Paradise. George

San Blas

Thanks George....

Your suggestion has born some promise.... After some searching I have some good contacts for San Blas Islands.

Regards
