Liveaboard available to rent in QLD

Live aboard a beautiful Norton in Townsville, QLD! She has all modern comforts; large fridge/freezer, new gas Broadwater stove/oven, 12v macerating toilet, dining to fit six people and sleeps up to five!

Located in Townsville Yacht Club right in the centre of town, and available for rent for $240 a week all costs included! No electricity bills, no gas bills. No lease required; rent on a 3-monthly basis.
More boat details below...

This professionally built Norton Custom has an immaculate timber interior and was spared little expense. Allows 6ft headspace, room for up to six dining and berths for five adults. We bought this boat off a liveaboard couple who treated her like their real home, then we set her up for cruising: new solar panel and controller, batteries, bullet-proof steering kit, 12v macerating toilet...
We sailed her over 1500km from Brisbane to Townsville in the trip of a lifetime but now it's back to work for us.
She has a 150L water tank and 150L diesel tank. Powered by a 33hp 3-litre Isuzu diesel that runs beautifully. Was slipped and anti-fouled in Feb 2012.
A list of all recent additions and work done, with receipts:
* new 12v macerating toilet * new 12v/240v Duoetto water heater/shower * new 140w solar panel and MPPT controller w/ digital display * new dedicated starter battery with 600cca * full marine charts from Brisbane to Cape York Peninsula (rrp $700) * July service on Isuzu and cleaning of injectors * new professionally installed Broadwater Stove/Oven * August lift out, inspection and pressure wash in Mackay
'Shiraz' was recently surveyed in April 2012 and survey.
Comes with fishing gear, all cutlery and cooking utensils, loads of pantry space.
A great boat with all the hard work done, ready to live in!
