Live abroad Recommendations Tampa, Fl

Does anyone know of some live abroad places close to the Tampa Florida area. I'm new to the live abroad life and I am having a hard time finding place that do live abroads. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It appears that your auto correct is changing aboard to abroad.

I’m not familiar with the Tampa area specifically, but we’ve had better luck describing ourselves as transient, rather than live aboard. We’ve occasionally been transients in the same marina for over a year.

Check with Village Marina At Little Harbor Marina, Bahia Beach. They used to have live aboard but I don't have recent info. A few months back I did check with Regatta Point Marina on the Manatee River at the Bridge going from Palmetto to Bradenton. They did accept live aboard vessels at that time. A bit of a drive, hour to hour and half, from Tampa but hey, to live your dream it may be worth the drive.
