Leaking Bavaria 44 Vision

Hello. I have a Bavaria 44 Vision, new 2008. I have now seen that there is salt water entering in the aft compartment where the last keel bolts are. The water comes from the reinforced fibreglass balks trough its escape hole into the last compartment as mentioned. I have noticed that there also was a leak in the air condition, type cruise air, which is built into the starboard seat. This resulted in salt water running aft underneat the aft shower and wc and into the floor of the starboard aft cabin. This situation is no longer a problem as i have stopped the air condition and closed the salt water intake valve. I wonder if anybody has any similar experience and also if the european warranty is 2 or 3 years by salt water entry into the boat.
