Kraken Milk

My daughter and I threw a cocktail party, and as culinary adventurers, hit on our own unique (and quite good) "shot" at fame:

"The Kraken's Ass" (if they have one).
(This works best in a tall double-shot glass).

1. One part Chai tea concentrate.
2. One part Bailey's Irish Cream.
3. One part Kraken Spiced Black Rum.

The Chai & Bailey's will mix together, but the Kraken rum (47% proof) can be made to float on top, for a neat layered double shot: a healthy kick, followed by a smooth delicious spicey finish.

If you know of a smoother rum, though Kraken Black Rum wasn't at all bad, let me know... something (slightly) carmel maybe?

Not to rain on your parade, but I drank about 24 ounces of Chai Tea concentrate protein drink one morning before work and ended up in the ER with anaphylactic shock as I was allergic to soy milk, never had allergies in my entire life but this hit me like a freight train. I am sure that I am 1 in a million exception but it happens, just a heads up if I am fortunate to ever be invited on your boat, Just give me scotch on ice in a nice rock glass!
However, I know that I am not allergic to Kraken!

RELEASE THE KRAKEN!
