It seems the Miami Herald is taking the lead getting the news out. See https://www.miamiherald.com/news/loc...242803531.html . There's no explicit mention of marinas and protocols.

They're opening the road (which doesn't have a limit) and opening hotels to 50% occupancy. This kind of makes marinas a minor issue. Key West government seems to be kind of last minute on what the plans are (they announced their gym openings 3 hours after the gyms technically opened...) but I would assume it will be something along the lines of 50% occupancy if anything.

The link to Monroe County's COVID-19 information is at COVID-19 (Coronavirus) | Monroe County, FL - Official Website . Marinas are explicitly mentioned in the reopenings. The county government directive to use facial coverings in public settings remains in force.
