Keeping it cool......

Morning all,

Thought I would post here as you guys and girls may have the best knowledge on Oscillating fans for cabins.

I've done a bit of searching around and from what I've seen on reviews, fans on boats tend to last about a year.

Would anyone have some input and advice on a good quality quite fan.

Cheers,

Re: Keeping it cool......

O2-cool fans are small 12 volt box fans that are very quiet cost about $20, use .6 amps on high and move a fair amount of air. I like to put an air filter on the back to collect dust. I'm amazed at how much dust collects in a short time. And they last at least a year.

A friend has one and you can tell the bearings are very smooth and that's what usually goes bad so it should last a long time.
