Well I feel you owe me an apology. I never suggested you buy them from those, just look up on the site for a brand name. Plus I even did it for you and gave you a brand.

Looks like Star Bite don't sell them in the UK. I will ask our local chandlers if they can get hold of them as a special order.

Pete, that just might be "Star Brite". I am not familiar with this particular product, but they do market various cleaners and waxes.

The polishes are very popular in the UK and even the Startron diesel additive, perhaps its a cultural thing, people don't use them so no demand.

Yes... your boat can make you sick.. TB spores and others can form in things like linings on bulkheads and deckheads..

Re: Is my boat making me sick?
Sounds a lot like you are just not getting an moist air and maybe you are snoring. This happens to me and is why we stay in the warm air these days!
Post nasal drip and such. It can’t hurt to treat for mildew but try using some Vaseline in your nose and somehow keeping the moisture in the air up.

Re: Is my boat making me sick?
Interesting you suggest Vaseline, zboss, I have often used Vicks, (vaseline with menthol or camphor). I also found out that drinking less red wine lessens my snoring.

Sorry, I don't mean to be rude, but the bit about TB is utter nonsense. The only way to catch TB is from breathing air that's been breathed out by someone (or some other mammals) with the disease.

I'm going to second those wipes. They work great and are really convenient.
I would remove the carpet, and consider getting your v berth and other cushions professional cleaned.
What do the bilge, engine bay, and closets look like?
Good luck. We are fortunate since we have an insulated double hull we deal with next to no interior condensation.
Beyond that, clean it where you see it.
