Insurance for liveaboard

I am buying a 1985 46' Sea Ray Express Cruiser. I have owned a boat all my adult life. But I have never had ins on them. I put them on a trailer and went home. This boat isn't going on a trailer. I am planning to live aboard. I am having a hard time finding boat insurance. Can any one give me the name and phone number of some company's I can try. I hope I put this in the right forum. Thanks in advance. I will be in the Gulf Coast, Texas area.

They have local agents or you can go direct. You need a recent survey and list your experience with boats. I assume Texas has a state boaters card. You'll need that unless you have professional papers.
I use them because they've been competitive and cover US and Canada to 25 miles out as a base rate. My stomping grounds. I often go more than 25 miles, but I take the risk instead of a rider.
