I have been looking for a liveaboard in the Virginia area, perhaps one that had a few acres that go along with it. a rent to own option would be awesome. Thanks for any help.

Hi Katie,

I too am in Virginia (Richmond) and am contemplating a liveaboard by this time next year. Are you having any luck? I started a thread and someone recommended activecaptain.com and yachtworld.com as good starting points. I'm checking into both.

Maybe we can share tips that we learn from this site? I have a year so I'm researching like crazy during this time -- I want to be really prepared.
