I thought I read something a few years back about Greece imposing a heafty tax on foreign boats. What ever came of that?

There is a thread about that. It seems they have backed off but nobody knows very well how it will be in the future. The last boats that entered there payed only 45 euros but a new law is expected...or maybe not. With Greece you never know, things are changing fast and the confusion is big. I believe this time the overall confusion is so big that even the Greeks are confused.

I am asking to greek people about the crisis and the told me about the so high vat!!!
Otherwise... We habe just arrived at Cephalony.. At Argostoli... It is lovely... And we can have a berth next to coast guardian... 25eur...ghe city is very chic.. You can dind vodafone...and a lot of shops and very good dood. At the moment my Greek experience(ionic islands) is incredible!!so wild... So green! People very friendly... Yhe small supermarkets are a little bit expensive.... But is very easy to do a life on board.
