Gas Cooker

My gas cooker onboard my HR43 is made by ENO.
The two burners work perfectly but the oven will not stay alight. I have held the gas knob in start position for as ling as two minutes, but when I let it go the gas goes out. Thoughts and remedies please. John

Sounds like it has a thermal solenoid on the gas flow, which holds the gas line open as long as the gas is burning and keeping the sensor hot. It should be a little prong sticking up into the flame area. Find it, and if you managed to move it out of the flame the last time you cleaned the burner, reposition it. If it's in the flame pattern, it may need to be replaced. It's just a common safety feature.
