dockwa.com as a start maybe. Mainly transient but lists marinas and their websites.

Stock Island Marina Village, Key West (Stock Island), has a live-aboard pier/community. All amenities of the marina/resort are available for use, ie, pools, shuttle, pump outs, etc.

Cedar Point Marina in Jacksonville is $600/month for a 60’ slip. $10 a foot per month for smaller slips. It’s east coast Florida, but is damn near South Georgia so it may not work for you.

Try Active Captain for browsing marinas along the coast there. Harbortown in Merritt Island is nice (it’s where I have my boat now) and there are several good marina in Ft. Pierce - Harbortown and the Ft. Pierce Municipal Marina are two that I have stayed in and liked. Several nice marinas in Stuart, also, although the Inlet there can be a bit tricky sometimes.

Re: finding a permanent slip east coast florida

Asking for a good slip in Florida is like asking for a good steakhouse in Texas. Florida coastline is extremely long and each area completely different than the other. However, with an 8'draft, you have already sharply limited your choice of marinas and inlets. Do you want to sail in winter, spring or summer? Do you want to be near big city or small city? Near major airports? If you and your guests want to sail in protected waters, you need to purchase a shallow draft sailboat!

I know you can get into Brunswick Landing Marina in SE GA with no draft problems.

Re: finding a permanent slip east coast florida

Ahhhh.....I missed the 8’ draft! The OP will definitely be limited to the inlets at Jacksonville, Port Canaveral, Ft. Pierce, West Palm, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami. Marinas the the last three are really expensive and pretty hard to get into.
