business is almost sold house not long after that, then comes the sailing cat or perhaps a mono. but i hate some beautiful boats but they have the smallest bathrooms / head. i know room is paramount but i dont want to house as many people as possible it will be 2 adults with occasional blowins, is the a 40 fter that has a nice roomy bathroom? or is it only the custom builds and not all of them either. i mean really, if ime living not holidaying i want some comforts hence nothing under 40 ft.
