DeFever 48' Maintenance

We are going to purchase and live aboard a trawler for at least a portion of the year several years from now once we retire. Since we have the time to study and investigate, we are trying to learn as much as we can before we invest our hard earned money, as we are not wealthy. Everything we have learned about trawlers has lead us to the DeFever 48', but my wonderful cautious wife and partner in life is very concerned about the level of wood on the boat, and the maintenance implications.
Does anyone know where we can find a complete recommended maintenance schedule for the DeFever 48?

Re: DeFever 48' Maintenance

Since I live on a 83' wood boat, the amount of wood on a fiberglass hull is beneath consideration. If you do your own work, the varnish can be dealt with in a couple days a year. If you take reasonable care of the insides, the wood paneling, etc., will last the life of the boat.
Or you can have a boatyard do the varnish. I painted most of mine.
