Thanks. I'd looked at the AC info before, but then of course I forgot the details. Mind like a steel sieve

Re: Considering The Annapolis Area Any Suggestions?

CYC welcomes all who arrive by boat
We have a secure dingy dock as well as docks to 220' for visiting yachts of all sizes
Check active captain for lots of reviews

Thumbs up Re: Considering The Annapolis Area Any Suggestions?

I would encourage you to look north of Annapolis for the Tyson's commute. I live in Great Falls (next to Tyson's) and keep my boat in the Maryland Yacht Club in Pasadena. With the new cross county connector, you get to avoid most of the 95/495 beltway madness. The Maryland Yacht Club is also one of the best deals going with some of the lowest rates in the Bay (and there are live-aboards there also.)

Good hunting ...

You should have mentioned that it's a toll road.

Driving from Great Falls to Annapolis a few times a year to use your boat is far different than driving five days a week to work. And don't forget what happens to traffic when it snows.

I didn't forget anything ... I don't know where he will be working and I am on my boat every week. There are only tolls on the MD cross county connector and the express lanes on the 495 loop if you are coming south of my direction. CYC and MYC should both be considerations for him ...
