charter sailing in Sweden-

hellow,
I plan to sail one week in Sweden first time next July starting from Stockholm,
I know that connections to the beach or marinas in Sweden are from the bow,
I have two limited crew members - one is very fat and the other is Parkinson's
My question is:
Will they be able to get off from monohle yacht to the beach or pier ?
or do drop to the beach from catamaran in Sweden archipelago is better ?
