Brad Flinn aka Member gothvanhelsing

Brad Flinn who started a rather long thread on Anchor rights in Oriental Harbor NC as a liveaboard on Shire (the pink boat in Oriental Harbor) has passed as the result of an aneurysm according to Towndock.net. While I did not share his opinion on "homesteading" small harbors this is not the way I would have liked to see the problem resolved. My condolences to his friends and family.

Just saw this on Towndock as well. It's sad; may Brad rest in peace.

I'd not met him personally, but shared a few emails with him. Nice guy. It's a shame to have his life cut short like that.
