Boatsitting Vancouver

Hi everyone,


I´m moving to Vancouver in august to study forestry at UBC. I´m looking for accommodation which, as you likely know, is not simple. Is someone looking for a mature, responsible individual to look after their boat and cover moorage for anywhere up to 9 months? I´m a sailor myself and have cruised in Europe, Africa and the Caribbean. I look forward to get to know the BC boating world and cruising grounds! I´m considering buying a boat but am afraid that the tough live aboard/ mooring situation in Van makes that a difficult option on such short notice.
